We believe that social responsibility is essential to building a better future, which is why we are committed to building a more inclusive environment and the sustainable development of our communities.
Strengthen our labor practices, such as the health and safety of employees.
Implement training for our employees on specific topics of human rights, anti-corruption, ethics, risks, cybersecurity and sustainability.
Apply the organizational climate survey in our corporate office and develop a program according to the results.
Strengthen the ESG culture and values in the institution through training and dissemination of material to our employees.
Foster positive engagement with the communities where our properties are located by developing activities specific to local needs.
Community Engagement
In the case of community engagement, we get involved in projects and collaborations that contribute to the sustainable development of the communities in which we operate. From volunteer programs to infrastructure improvement projects and support for social and environmental causes, we work closely with communities to generate a positive and lasting impact.
Our commitment to the community has sometimes allowed us to be a bridge between government entities and civil associations that seek to promote or provide resources or activities, with which we have generated important synergies within the entities where our shopping centers are located.
In partnership with Banco de Tapitas, we collected plastic bottle caps, which enabled us to donate doses of chemotherapy.
With AlEn as our partner, in 2025 we collected 19,786 kg of material, the equivalent of 633,152 recycled plastic bottles, and prevented the release of 34,428 kg of CO₂ into the environment.
Together with the State Institute for Older Adults and various agencies of the Nuevo León government, we participated in the Expo Adulto Mayor, an event that offered medical care, free orthopedic devices, legal advice, cultural activities, assistance with INAPAM cards, and other services tailored to this segment of the population.
In partnership with Enlace Conecta, and through its various groups, we have launched campaigns to support people with disabilities. Among these are Conecta Kids, a multisensory stimulation center for children; Conecta LSM, which offers Mexican Sign Language workshops aimed at promoting inclusion within the deaf community; the Gallos de Coahuila Dance Group, a dance program for children with Down syndrome; and Madres Cuidadoras, a support network for mothers of children with disabilities, among other branches and groups within the association.
Diversity and Inclusion
At Planigrupo, we foster an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment where we recognize and respect people’s different perspectives. In 2025, this culture was brought to life through our Flagship Projects. Through Agenda Mujer, we promoted women’s empowerment and health through courses offered by the Women’s Institute, breast cancer prevention and screening campaigns, and legal, psychological, and medical counseling. Through Horizonte Integral and the Expo Inclusion, we promoted the integration of children and adults with disabilities through Mexican Sign Language workshops, introductory Braille classes, and artistic activities. And through the Expo Adulto Mayor, we provided comprehensive services to older adults.
