We selected 24 potential material topics in the materiality analysis, reflected in the following matrix:
- X Axis: The importance of ESG impacts.
- Y Axis: The influence on stakeholders.
The materiality analysis was developed based on two axes: the collection of information derived from applied surveys and a contextual analysis of the sector. This combination allowed us to identify the impact on the Company's sustainability and the effect that its operations can generate on the environment.
At Planigrupo we understand the relevance of fostering engagement with our stakeholders, as we consider it the center of business and a fundamental aspect of sustainability; we have adopted the values of the "International Integrated Reporting Framework", which establishes that the publication of sustainability results should provide an overview of the nature and quality of relationships between stakeholders and the company, for this reason it is essential to engage with them to understand their expectations, needs and concerns, proposing concrete solutions with them, in order to prevent risks and develop opportunities.
To this end, we have developed various communication tools to establish direct contact points with them and identify the topics and dialogue channels that are relevant to them; in this way we aspire to improve our relationship with them, as well as our processes and services.
Our stakeholder engagement process includes three phases:
IDENTIFICATION
Through an integrated process, the identification of stakeholders is defined, as well as premises and the main drivers to determine their expectations.
Prioritization
Through the materiality analysis, all our stakeholders were consulted to specify and prioritize the most relevant material topics.
Validation
Finally, an action plan is carried out to address each material topic, define KPIs for them and establish improvement goals.
